2JZ-GE NA Exhaust Manifold Head Shield Lexus IS300

Initially designed for the USDM Lexus IS300, this exhaust manifold header heat shield is designed to work with any general 2JZ-GE build. This is compatible with naturally aspirated builds only. This part is a direct bolt on, and no modifications are required.

Why use our heat shield? We developed a cost effective component through the use of 5052 AL for it's natural corrosion resistance, formability, and cost. It's manufactured to be rattle and flex free whilst still being lighter than the competition. Through testing, paired with the HPS intake tube, we have achieved a 2 HP increase with ~40 mph radiator directed flow, hood closed, and 78 F ambient temperatures. Not only are there advantages from intake heat soak issues, we also see lower temps at the intake throttle body electronics which in turn will increase longevity of these expensive components.
